PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING-WORKSHOP FOR THE NEGROS WOMEN FOR TOMMOROW FOUNDATION (NWTF)

Training is always the “happiest trip” I consider for myself. Each time I am in the training room I experience a different level of satisfaction, forgetting any personal concerns ….in other words, conducting training is like taking an energy drink for me 🙂

Recently I conducted a training on Personal Effectiveness for the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) employees (Silay, Bacolod and Valladolid Branches). Almost 40 personnel completed a 3-day workshop on Personal Effectiveness containing 3 modules on Values, Leadership and Teamwork. The seminar-workshop was conducted at Scala Retreat House, Bacolod City

Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) was founded in 1984, began as a non-governmental organization that aims to help women achieve self-sufficiency and self-reliance, particularly in Negros Occidental’s low-income and depressed urban and rural communities. It sought to increase women’s awareness of their economic potential, to increase their skills and productivity and to improve their quality of life. In 1989, NWTF accepted the challenge of replicating the Grameen Bank credit methodology and established Project Dungganon (Honorable).
