PEOPLE MANAGERS’ TEAMBUILDING AT CENTRAL PHILIPPINE ADVENTIST COLLEGE

The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP)-Negros Chapter held recently  a Teambuilding and  Health and Wellness Talk at the Central Philippines Adventist College (CPAC)  in Murcia , Negros Occidental. The Teambuilding Session was conducted by Ms. Gay Marie Gane, HR  Training and Development Officer of BAMC (a.k.a Bacolod Sanitarium and Hospital) while the Health and Wellness  was conducted by Ms. Lourdes Gayatgay, RND.

It was a refreshing activity for the members of PMAP and the very beautiful CPAC Campus Completed the ambiance. I was hesitant to attend the activity because I was not feeling well at that time. But I decided to go being an Immediate Past President of the association, I have to show support to the new set of officers especially to the incumbent President Ms. Louie Jomero, besides  it’s been a long time since I visited the campus.

I never regretted that I attended the activity. I was   awed by the landscape of the campus. They have nice structures , the  grounds are well manicured… they look a little less than a first class resort. No doubt that CPAC is really conducive for students and rewarding place also for its non-teaching employees and faculty members.

Thank you very much CPAC and BAMC for hosting PMAP on your beautiful campus.
