APOSCUA 16th NATIONAL CONVENTION IN BACOLOD CITY

I was honored to be one of the speakers at the convention of human resources practitioners of State Colleges Universities and Colleges (SUCs) all over the Philippines. The event was held at Grand Regal Hotel, Bacolod City.
I was asked to talk on Excellence in the Workplace. Giving lectures and talks has been my job many years back. But talking to a huge crowd is quite challenging especially if you really wanted to engage your audience.
I was very happy, with the reception and participation given to me by the participants. Despite their numbers, I was able to hold their attention for more than an hour. I was also thrilled by the numerous questions thrown to me from the floor. My sincerest appreciation to SUC for having me as their resource person.

Update: Bacolod City , Convention Center in Western Visayas

More National Conventions are being held in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. With the new SMX Convention Center, SM City Bacolod and the construction of Ayala’s Convention Center. plus the rising of more hotels in Bacolod City, no doubt in due time Bacolod City will again be a favorite destination for Meetings and Conferences not only in the Visayan Region but for the entire country.

As of this writing, the Ayala Convention Center is currently being constructed right at the back of the Provincial Capitol Lagoon. With Ayala’s good reputation for developing great city landscape, many people are expecting that it will be one of the most beautiful convention centers in the Visayas if not for the whole country. This development will surely boost the tourism industry for the entire province of Negros Occidental.
