Bacolod City is host to the 2013 Mr. and Ms Philippines (13th National Physique Sport Championships). The competition will be held at Sea Breeze Hotel, Bacolod City.The 2013 Mr. and Ms Philippines (13th National Physique Sport Championships) will have the following categories: Novice, Masters 45+; Short; Medium; Tall ;Athletics; Women’s Open Physique;Ms. Shape, Ms. Fitness and; Mixed pair

The 2013 Mr. and Ms Philippines (13th National Physique Sport Championships) is a competition of all  the best bodies in the country wherein winners in their posing trunks and bikinis will be  determined by the  panel of judges using a set of subjective criteria, generally based on looks alone such as the overall size, vascularity, symmetry, conditioning, tone , the ability to execute   poses both and breathing .

Guidelines for the Contest
1. This contest is open to all bodybuilders.
2. All contestants must bring their own music in CD/DVD for and to be cued and surrendered during the registration.
3. The posing TRUNKS/BIKINI must be of one solid color
4. BODY COLOURING or OIL must be applied 2hrs before the PRE-JUDGING
5. ALL WOMEN contestants must wear high heels during the presentation of candidates and awarding of prizes. NO MORE GOWN PORTION in the MS. FITNESS. For the Bikini Contestants, bring 1pc. And 2pc. Swimsuits.
6. Master’s Class and BIKINI contestants must bring any proof of age like NSO Birth certificate, passport or driver’s license.
7. NOVICE class contestants are to be proclaimed as official entry after a thorough evaluation of previous contests participated. A NOVICE class contestant must not have PARTICIPATED in any NATIONAL.INT’L bodybuilding CONTEST.
8. Those who cannot join the Pre-judging are disqualified in the finals.
a. No refund shall be given for those who joined the Pre-judging but no show in the finals.
b. There will be an additional entry fee if joining more than one class.
c. Those who cannot attend the Pre-judging at 9:00 am are disqualified.
9. The organizer and NABBA Int’l have the right to DISQUALIFY any contestant, during the FINALS, who does not FOLLOW the GUIDELINES stated above.
10. The decision of the board of judges is final.
