NWTF Cebu Branches: Completed the Personnel Effectiveness Workshop

That was last quarter of 2010 since we conducted  the 1st  Personnel Effectiveness Workshop for the Employees of Negros Women for Tomorrow  Foundation (NWTF). NWTF  is still continuously conducting  the Training- Workshop which includes Self-Awareness, Leadership and Teamwork  with yours truly representing INTRASPEC Management Consultancy being the resource person. Our latest batch  was conducted last July 12-14,2013, Cebu Club Fort Med Resort, Municipality of Boljoon, Cebu.

Participants which were composed of  Area Manager, Branch Managers; Cashiers, Office Personnel, and Loan Officers came from   Santander, Barili and Dalaguete Branches of the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF).

This group was one of the wackiest of all the group I have handled from NWTF. In fact, it was with this group that I lost my voice not because of talking but primarily because we laughed most of the time. Participants never run out of jokes and they were game enough to ride on with my jokes too.

The seminar came out to be fun but we have some deepening sessions also which turn out to be quite emotional. The seminar came out to be an opportunity not only to build relationships which are essential in accomplishing organization goals but an opportunity to many to also express themselves.

The 3-days live-in  seminar as always was quite physically draining for me being the lone speaker, but thanks to Ms. Mercy Panisa Desales, NWTF  Training Officer  and Manilyn Galenero, NWTF Training Staff for helping me facilitate the workshop.

Congratulations to the newest graduates of PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS WORKSHOP:

Ma. Corazon Alipoon, Area Manager

Zone Agent, Mark Anthony Senel
