ADING’S PALA-PALA : OFFERS A NEW DINING EXPERIENCE

ADING’S PALA-PALA : OFFERS A NEW DINING EXPERIENCE

For the seafood lovers and for those who are  adventurous, the  Pala Pala Market in Bacolod is quite popular. Located   at  8th street  at the back portion of the Provincial Capitol  Building. At Pala-Pala Market, one can buy fresh catch seafood and have it cooked by any of the eateries around the Market. The ambiance is not an issue for those who tries the place. But for the picky people and for those who are particular about the place where they eat, then Pala-pala is not a place for them.

But that  was before….

With the opening of Ading’s Pala-pala the image of the entire Pala-Pala Market has changed.

Ading’s Pala-Pala, owned by Ricky Trinidad   has three (3)  air-conditioned function halls: Coral Reef, Mangrove and Seagrass. It also has an Alfresco area   which can sit comfortably up  to 300 people. Surprisingly, Adings Pala-pala even has a playroom for the  kids.

Adings Pala-pala has in its menu non-seafood dishes such pork sisig, kangkong lumpia, chicken inasal  and my personal favorite Kare-kare and many more. They also offer desserts and some alcoholic beverages  for those who drink.

Just like in any typical eateries in Pala-pala, Adings Restaurant will also accept raw food purchased from the market and they will cook it for you. But for those who doesn’t like to go to the market area, Ading’s Pala-pala offers a wide array of seafood catch from Sipalay and Hinigaran.

Ading’s Pala-pala opens at 11 am and closes the following day at 3 am.

Watch out for my review of their food in my next visit. Should you have visited the place, please share with us your experience at the comments column below.:)
