MISS EARTH 2013,FASHION SHOW FOR A CAUSE

Fifteen candidates of Miss Earth 2013  staged   a show dubbed “Fashion for a Cause”   held at the Baywalk  last November 30.  

The 15 Miss Earth 2013 candidates were  Vera Krneta of Bosnia-Herzegovina; Sofia Chorniy of Canada; Natalia Lermanda of Chile; Diana Carolina Ortegon of Columbia; Maria Makater of Crimea; Archangela Garcia of Curacao; Ana Maria Weir of Ecuador; Rani Charles of Martinique; Nela Zigger of New Zealand; Maria Miller of Nigeria; Angelee de los Reyes of the Philippines; Christelle Abantes of Reunion Island; Vanessa Hee of Singapore; Lucia Slaninkova of Slovak Republic; and Ashanti Mbanga of South Africa.

The fifteen candidates wore the collections of local designers of Bacolod City. It was in the finale where the candidates wore the shirts sponsored by Azatri and the Masks by Jojo Vito Designs Gallery.

Through the “Fashion show  for a Cause” side event, participants visited  some eco-tourism spots, hotels, and entertainment centers of Bacolod City which will give Negros Occidental and Bacolod an opportunity to shine to the entire Philippines and the world during the Miss Earth 2013 coronation night in Manila on December 7.

Tickets were sold at 150, 300 and 500 and the   proceeds of the event will go to the victims of super typhoon Yolanda through ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Pamilya.
