Baby Backribs

My Sinful Indulgence: Baby Back Ribs @ Byron’s Homesite, Bacolod (Updated 2016)

I know that my doctor would scold me should he read this article….

That was a  Sunday. Time to rest and to be with the family. So I just went to my barber and  decided to  eat lunch outside.

I don’t know, but we’re just craving for something different that day.  Then we thought of Byron’s Baby Backribs. It’s been a while since my last visit. The place is still the same. Humble nipa hut, the table were just made of crude slabs of wood, the fans were not even on at that time. Don’t expect something great from their service as well. But I am not saying that their service was bad. It’s good that the temperature that day was just fine. Despite this condition, you might be surprised seeing several cars lining the street. This goes to show that people do really come to eat in this place.

Baby Backribs and Fruit punch for our lunch

We ordered, of course, their signature baby back ribs and  sisig.  The good slice of baby back ribs  with rice and achara cost PhP150; Sisig  PhP 100; Fruit Punch PhP 65.00 —obviously , value for money. I really love their back ribs, it’s soft and the taste was just perfect. In fact, baby back ribs are their flagship product.

You might want to visit their place…  Byron’s Backribs is located at Block 8 Homesite, 6100 Bacolod City with telephone number :(034) 433 2469.

Sisig just makes sure that your body is ready for this cholesterol overload

Byron’s has a small outlet  right across  Cafe Bob’s in Lacson Street. It would be best also to visit this outlet during nighttime because the place is also quite warm.

Note: I recently visited  Byron’s Backribs at Homesite, Bacolod City and was surprised that after few years they did not  change their price for their menu. Their dishes were still delectable, and they still have the best baby back ribs in the city.
