The Negros Bloggers meet-up at Quan Delicacies was another fun filled gastronomic experience. Ten Negros Bloggers’ meet to review the food offerings of Negros’ number 1 food establishment when it comes to native delicacies- the Quan.
The bloggers were treated with a wide array of native delicacies which Quan are known for such as Cassava Pudding, Alupi, Suman Latik, Bibingka,etc. Of course, another comfort food which served during the meet up were the Dinuguan and Puto, Palabok, Lumpia Ubod, Sausage Roll, etc. The Negros Bloggers also enjoyed Quan’s pastries like Brazo cupcakes, Napoleones, etc.
Each blogger was given a copy of recipe book of Conchita Cuenca compiled by Ms. Agnes Cuenca. Ms. Chole Chua mentioned about the upcoming face lifting for Quan-La Salle. This improvement aimed at serving the ever growing patrons of Quan. Quan Delicacies has the following branches: Quan Northdrive; Quan La salle; Quan Gaisano City; Quan Lopues East; Quan Lopue’s Araneta; Quan Robinsons; Quan -Ayala. Quan also has a branch in La Carlota City.
