Nature’s Village Resort (NVR) is a garden paradise located in Talisay City, only 3.5 km from central Bacolod, the capital of Negros Occidental, Philippines, celebrates it’s 23^rd year anniversary this 2015.

Nature’s Village Resort offers unique accommodations where nature-lovers can bask in unspoiled beauty while remaining close to the city! Nature’s Village Resort was nominated by the Department of Tourism through the Tourism Office of Talisay City, Negros Occidental in the ASEAN Green Hotel Recognition Awards 2010 at the Empire Hotel in Brunei Darussalam.

It’s nice to note that Nature’s Village Resort is the only resort hotel that made it to the Top 10 among other tourism establishments in the Western Visayas. The nomination was made on the basis of the Department of Tourism’s random inspection on NVR’s compliance with the ASEAN Green Hotel Standards.

NV Resort has been the venue of quite a number of trainings of Intraspec Management Consultancy. It has  wide function rooms which can cater to various types of training programs and a wide ground ideal for teambuilding exercises

One activity which the company gave their employees in their anniversary  was a day of Teambuilding Seminar-Workshop and I was very happy being tapped to be the resource person for the said training.

Conducting Teambuilding Seminar for the staff of NV Resort was fun. Most of these staff  were known to me; most of them had served me also in my past training activities held in this hotel resort

This Teambuilding Seminar I conducted for the NV Resort Staff was quite a challenging task ; they were more than 60 participants (a big group for a teambuilding session). But the big function room, enough  airconditioning and great sound system made it just fine.
