JBLCF’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AT THE CARIBBEAN WATERPARK AND RESOTEL

JBLCF’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AT THE CARIBBEAN WATERPARK AND RESOTEL

I was invited once again by the John B. Lacson Colleges-Foundation to give a talk on Personality Development and Pre-Employment  for their graduating students. The event was held at the Caribbean Water Park and Resotel, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

JBLCF’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AT THE CARIBBEAN WATERPARK AND RESOTEL

As usual, talking to the students of John B. Lacson was always satisfying. Satisfying in the sense that I can feel the eagerness of the audience to learn something from the talk. Well, they always get me so I suppose I got a good review from my previous audience and their teachers. As a speaker, the participants’ perceptions are very important. While I cannot please everyone, and maybe some didn’t agree  with what I said during my talk, but if the majority had approved me, that would be enough. And for this talk,  I suppose, I got an approval again from the audience because  few weeks after they  invited me again (from the same school and the same organizer) to give the same talk to another group of students. So, thank you so much John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation-Bacolod for having me.

Before and after my talk I got the chance to check a bit about the place. While it was not my first time to be at the Caribean Waterpark and Resotel, in  the past I didn’t really check much about the place because I was always in a hurry. Judging from what I saw and from what I gather from the crew working in the place, I seemed to feel that the place could be a good venue for many events aside of course from fun and enjoyment.

The Caribbean  Waterpark and Resotel

Accessible. The Caribbean  Waterpark and Resotel is located right at the center of the city of Bacolod. Caribbean Water Park and Resotel is relatively a new resort with a complete hotel facilities. Located in Goldenfield Commercial Complex, it’s an enchantment for all youngsters to explore the ways of the buccaneers. If you are a visitor in bacolod City, the place is just a taxi away.

Pool. The Caribbean  Waterpark and Resotel has two pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi. One of the features of the main pool is  a pirate ship is wrecked in the middle of a 40 meter pool. The pool’s depth is around 4 feet. The depth around the pirate ship is only 2 1⁄2 feet deep for the tykes to work in. Made specifically for smaller kids, another covered kiddie pool with slide and mushroom showers is only 2 feet deep.

Picnic Areas. The Caribbean  Waterpark and Resotel has ample space for different types of relaxation. There are complimentary picnic tables with umbrellas around the pool area for guests’ use. Exclusive use native huts and air-conditioned rooms are likewise available for rent either for groups and households or just for added concealment. Lockers and shower rooms are too usable.

At the Grand Bahama Hall where I gave my talk for the JBLCF Students

Grand Bahama Hall. Is a fully air-conditioned function room that can hold up to 230 individuals.

Havana Hall. For smaller parties like children’s parties and seminars, this function room can hold from 50 to 80 persons in a stylish atmosphere.
