On the SPOT PAINTING CONTEST During the SSS 54th Year Anniversary

The Social Security System  (SSS) is Celebrating its  54th Year Anniversary nationwide.

As part of the Celebration, the Western Visayas Division ,  named its Most Outstanding Employees as follows:

Maricel Locsin- Best Supervisor, Bacolod Branch; Ernesto Juayong- Best Customer Service-Iloilo Branch; Joe Roehl Fulo-Best Support Services Employee, Bacolod Branch.

Part of the celebration activity in Bacolod Branch is the on the spot painting contest wherein the author   was invited as one of the judges. Seven employees in Bacolod branch participated in the competition. Two winners were picked based on the criteria set by the committee.

Bernardo Bongco , a Utility/Janitor emerged as the winner. While Roel Parnincillo was the runner up.Joan Honoridez , employee of the Hall of Justice, Bacolod and a  colleague in the Toastmasters Group also served as one of the judges. It was some sort of a reunion among Joan, Maricel and myself, being colleagues in the Toastmasters yet seldom sees each other nowadays.
