VISIT” NEGROS GOURMET EXPERIENCE” AT SM CITY –BACOLOD

SM City- Bacolod offers a new dining experience for the people of Bacolod City, The “Negros Gourmet Experience”. The first “Negros Gourmet Experience” is happening right now (June 12-14,2015 -5pm to 11pm) at the N4 Parking Area, SM City-Bacolod.

SM City transformed the parking area into Al Fresco dining garden with matching water fountain. As you enter the place you will see immediately see several food stalls line up selling various gourmet food. The place even has an acoustic band playing nice music while you enjoy some food.

SM City transformed the parking area into Al Fresco dining garden with matching water fountain. As you enter the place you will see immediately see several food stalls line up selling various gourmet food. Since its an informal dining place, just expect your food served in paper plates. But I guess, this is what made the place exciting. No frills —just food and fun. The place even has an acoustic band playing nice music while you enjoy some food.

I love the variety of food offered in the place ranging from Italian, Mexcian,Spanish , Chinese, Peruvian to  Filipino Cuisines and many more…There’s even a locally brewed beer – truly made locally in Negros that is served in the place.

I’ve learned that SM City is planning to do this event every other month.  Spotted exhibitors were Sbarro, Yellow Cab, Cafe Bobs,Homegrown Bar, Gorka, Txacho, Cs, Chifa, Safe, Saddam’s Shawarma, Chicken Deli, and SM Food Court Beer Station. Fortunately, we were to taste the food of each exhibitors, courtesy of course of the SM City – Bacolod.

  • Food fairs are always exciting and fun. One gets to taste all the offerings while meeting some new friends in the process.

  • I like food stalls in this set up because you get to try a lot of things all at once.

  • I like the setup at the parking lot. You can easily compare your dining options here since the stalls would just be beside each other. I'm sure there would be a lot of great finds here.
