The famous Avocado Mousse of ELG Gourmet Foods
Contents
Another must try when visiting Bacolod City are the products of ELG Gourmet Foods found in the Negros Showroom.
Relatively a new player in the food industry, ELG Gourmet Foods is getting a good review among foodies in Bacolod City. Their name has become synonymous with “delicious and quality food”.
Established in 2011 in Bacolod City, ELG Gourmet Foods also caters to individual food orders or buffets for small groups or meal
packs for bigger group events.
My personal favorite , Avocado Mousse is gaining a lot of popularity. ELG’s Avocado Mousse was already featured in travel magazines, and reviewed by notable chefs, as well as endorsed by some celebrities through pictures after having a taste of it and truly, wanting more. ELG Gourmet Foods’ has actually 10 or more flavors of the mousses depending on the fruits in season that can be made into mousses.
specialty artisanal breads by ELG Gourmet Foods
Though not quite well-known yet because they don’t have a store-front , ELG Gourmet Foods bakes the most delicious tasting artisanal breads. They use the best ingredients… all natural, without preservatives and in most breads, no sugar is added into the dough mixture, therefore, can also be considered as healthy.
ELG Gourmet Foods offers a wide variety of lovely party cakes and pastries not commonly found in other Bacolod cake shops.
Their pasalabubong items which are available at the Negros Showroom (Lacson and Robinsons Branches) includes Food for the Gods, Brownies, Ugoytap, Plain, Garlic & Cinnamon Toasts are all available in individual packs. During special occasions and holiday season, these items are packed in gift boxes for presentable gift-giving.

Wow Franc, it's really a must try :)
This is something I could try when I visit Bacolod! It's good that they also sell pasalubong to take home here in Manila! Thanks for sharing!
