Ilocos has been on my bucket list of the places I wanted to visit. So last January 2014, I immediately booked myself a trip along with some friends when Cebu Pacific offered a PhP99 seat for most destinations.

The trip was a bit long because I included in my itinerary some business activities. Unlike another travel blogger (with due respect to them) I don’t really tie myself to a very strict schedule. Simply because, when I travel I wanted to enjoy and I don’t want to be a slave to my own schedule, hence I put a lot of flexibility in my plan.

Here’s my itinerary when I visited Ilocos Region. The places I visited which I listed below has links which have details of my review of the place.

Below are my DIY schedule of activities:

Day 1 (Going to Manila to Laoag)

Bacolod to Manila – 7 AM

Manila Fame at SMX Mall of Asia ( I stayed there the whole day because I meet some people and meet with them in relation to my furniture and furnishing business)

Going to Laoag – 7 PM

Check in to Isabel Suites – 9 PM

Dinner at La Preciosa

Rest for the real vacation the following day

Rest (because of the heavy schedule of the day we slept immediately upon reaching our room  and were not able to get out of our room to eat for dinner, instead we just requested for a room service)

Because we were too tired the previous day, we  rested the whole morning in the hotel and waited until check out time at 12 nn
