Moalboal is a municipality in the Province of Cebu. Because of its beautiful beaches and rich marine life, Molaboal developed its tourism industry with its dive spots and beautiful beaches as its main products.
Most resorts, dive shops, bars, and restaurants are found in Panagsama Beach. Another beach found in the place is the White Beach, located in Brgy. Saavedra.
Both Panagsama Beach (Basdiot) and White Beach (Basdako) are recognized for their beautiful sandy shorelines. Both beaches are located 3–5 kilometers away from the bus stop in Moalboal.
Moalboal’s coral reefs along the west coast of the Copton Peninsula are cradles to a wide array of marine life. One of the most popular dive spots in the place is Pescador Island, approximately 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) off the coast. Indeed, Moalboal is an ideal spot for scuba-diving, snorkeling, and Freediving. Amazingly, big turtles can sometimes show up near the shoreline.
Moalboal is just a drive away from Badian, Cebu, a place known for its Canyoneering Adventures and Oslob Whale Shark watching.

Moalboal is approximately 92km from Cebu City or 112 km from Mactan International Airport. Approximately, it would take approximately 2 hours to get there, or 2 1/2 hours from Mactan International Airpot.
You will have several options to reach the place.
By Car
The most convenient path to go to Moalboal is to have your resort arrange for your transport.
By Bus
Take a taxi to the Southern Bus Terminal in Cebu City. A coach leaves for Moalboal about every full hour. The minute you reach Moalboal, take a tricycle to Panagsama Beach.
