For many Filipinos who love to travel, here is the list of  Philippine Holidays. The list below was declared through signed Proclamation No. 845, declaring the regular and special non-working holidays for the year.

 The Moriones is an annual lenten celebration that turned into a street festival in Marinduque. The “Moriones” are local folks in costumes with their iconic masks replicating the look of biblical Roman soldiers. ( Philippine Holidays )

The  Bacolaodiat Festival in Bacolod City is a celebration of the Chinese New Year. The event features street dancing and other cultural presentations. ( Philippine Holidays )

You can also do a “paint your own mask” activity with your family and friends. The place is open from Monday to Saturday ( 9 am to 5 pm ). No entrance fees! Feels free to visit anytime.
