But since the digital market is pretty diverse, they can make online travel platform accessible and easy to navigate and use that even person's with disability can access. I suggest that they make the search engine predictive like the word can be predicted in the search bar. Moreover, I also suggest that they make the shopping cart fort the reservation easy to access. Lastly, I also suggest that they integrate user and customer account dashboard that the site stores data of their previous travel and makes them rate it so that other people can read and they can at least see how great Halong Bay is.

As a Filipino, Ha Long Bay in Vietnam is somehow like visiting back in our home country in Palawan. Very similar places due to multiple islands. white sand beaches, clear crystal blue waters, underground river, caves, very unique seafoods like squids, floating fishing villages and resorts with fun activities like island hopping, kayaking, snorkeling, and rock climbing. Just like back in the Philippines, going to island resort places in Vietnam like Ha Long Bay is like premium version due to going outside the country for not only on vacation but also visiting and investigating the experiences on how you try to compare between Ha Long Bay and Palawan due to very similarities.
