With Kiddie Bloggers Abby and Ynzo and their mother Jhoanna in tow, we opted for a table that offered a secluded corner, providing the perfect setting for an evening of indulgence. Among our fellow diners were esteemed personalities such as Foodie Blogger Ed Joven, Lifestyle Blogger Dhadha Garcia with her family, Vlogger Senyora Lakwatsera, and my friend Marketing professor Lei Lani Dusaban infusing the air with an air of camaraderie and excitement.

  • In my own perspective, I will suggest the social media platforms, because nowadays social media is one of the key factors that many businesses are usually using to gain more customers, to gain their customers opinions and reviews regarding  the products that they sell. Furthermore, through social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok, they can post their latest update about their food, create ads in order to persuade their customers, and have an online reservation so that it will not be a hassle to the customers.

  • Seafood buffet at L Fisher Hotel such as a special events improving the journey with a delight seafood an e commerce i suggest that give discounts so that people repeat and visit the hotel.

  • In my own point of view as a marketing students, the E-commerce that I would like suggest to improve their services is having a menu online. That makes ordering of food easier, because they know what are they going to order and prepare it financially. This online platform would be a great for promoting the buffet because some customers would go to a restaurant for a specific food to eat. There is a lot of way on how to improve their business and this is one of my idea on how to achieve it.

  • Even with everything good going on for the Weekend Seafood Buffet in L Fisher Hotel, I believe that things could be even better if they could complement it with a complex digital support. It would include early bird online reservation and discounts, a loyalty program where customers can book frequently and save money, and a mobile app where customers can glimpse through the weekly menu specials and highlighted features of foods which match what they want to eat. Another suggestion is to open a ‘Seafood-to-Go’ service to provide customers with the opportunity to order a buffet food for pick-up. in my opinion if they carry on doing this, L Fisher has a good opportunity to enhance functionality and customer reach extending restaurant clients.

  • A suggestion to improve their business offering/services is to impose a point system. By implementing this it can foster customer loyalty by rewarding repeat purchases or visits. It also encourages customers to return frequently. This can also increase your business's customer engagement as it motivates them to return more because of rewards they could get. Imposing this your business can gain insights, allowing more personalized marketing and good customer experiences.

  • In my own opinion, to improve the services or offering I suggest that to give customers the option to reserve the seafood buffet online for the weekend. Customers would be able to make reservations and avoid missing out on the buffet's taste when it's busy. Implement an online refill program that lets customers earn points each time they receive a buffet. Afterwards, these points could be redeemed for discounts on subsequent buffets or any other service the hotel provides.

  • Marketing through the social media channels like the Facebook, youtube and the Google ad is one way through which the hotels can penetrate the market and potential customers. Such platforms assist in raising awareness to the hotel that cater for good dining and services with evidence based on testimonial from Google Ads. It is a significant factor to develop attractive advertisement bookings that will interest potential guests. ‘Liking’ a Facebook page, and creating a YouTube channel allows the hotel to engage with the customer. That way the hotel will be able to warm up the interest of its fans and assist in developing a conversation with them.

It is also great to set up a profile page on facebook or their acc. on youtube for free to view their content and so that this business can allow to communicate with potential customers through facebook.

  • Please give a discount to the people who did not eat seafood. Offer a promo like paying 5 people and getting 1 free. Provide a semi-private place for the people who eat by group because they are nosy. Give a choice to a person who wants to eat meat or seafood only.
