We decided on several dishes: Pinakbet, Native Chicken Tinola, and Eel with Coconut Milk. I chose a Guyabano Shake to refresh ourselves, while my friends opted for sodas.

• Pinakbet: This dish was delightful with its perfectly cooked vegetables that retained their crunchiness and vibrant colors. The freshness of the ingredients was evident and made for an enjoyable experience.
• Native Chicken Tinola: The broth was rich and comforting; however, we found the papaya slightly challenging to eat. The native chicken had robust flavors but was somewhat tricky due to its texture.
• Eel with Coconut Milk: This dish intrigued us with its flavors; however, we felt it needed more cooking time for better texture. A more substantial coconut milk presence would have enhanced its overall appeal.
• Guyabano Shake: While refreshing and delicious, I found the serving size smaller than expected than typical fruit shakes at cafes.
