There are only a few reasons why a country could earn the moniker, Pearl of the Orient Seas. One, it must be a country prized for its natural beauty or, two, it is one ripe for exploiting its rich natural resources. Maybe, even both.
Dubbed the “Pearl of the Orient Seas” during the Spanish colonization, the Philippines is a country full of natural beauty that boasts resources that could enrich those who would tap on it. Either brought about by its own beauty or as a result of the existing mindset about colonialism at the time, the Philippines was a country subject to foreign rule for a few hundreds of years.
Although the original inhabitants of the Philippines were either animists or practitioners of Islam, the resulting conquest of the Spaniards led to the country becoming a predominantly Christians under the Roman Catholic Church with a smaller minority practicing other religions, including Protestantism.
There is no other country with a large concentration of Christian practitioners than the Philippines in its bloc. Essentially, this part of the country’s history made it unique amongst its southeast Asian neighbors which were home to either predominantly Muslims or Buddhists.

But let us not also forget about the southern-most island of the country which is Mindanao, known for its mountain ranges and the dwelling for the nation’s tallest summit, Mount Apo. Although this island’s tallest peak may little in comparison to that of Himalayas, it takes an average of two days to reach it on foot.

Philippine Peso is the currency used in the Philippines. For most cities money changers are available. However, it would be best to exchange your money the moment you arrived at any of the international airports in the Philippines.
Credits cards are accepted in most establishments in major destinations. However, it would always be best to bring some cash just in case no credit card facility is available. ATM Machines can also be found anywhere. However, there are destinations that no ATM machines are available. For me, I'll choose the best destination is the palawan because it is a tourist destination and it makes me proud of our country having such a beautiful nature. I'm looking for the upgrade of the island so that more tourist will attract.
1. What do you think is this place representing?
Answer: For me I think in this place the Batad (Banaue) Rice Terraces represents how rich in agriculture in this area is and we can also see that rice is a treasure in Batad.
2. If you are the Leader or Head of tourism in the country, what will you do to improve this destination?
Answer: if I become the Leader or Head of Tourism in the Philippines and choose if the tourist spot that needs to be improved is Batad (Banaue) Rice Terraces, I will improve the increase in rice production because sometimes the production of rice in the Philippines is sometimes shortage and we will look for I am an expert who will teach farmers how to develop their planting skills when beautifying the paddy field to make it more beautiful and more attracting tourists.
1. What do you believe this location represents?
Answer: The Batad (Banaue) Rice Terraces, in my opinion, symbolize how rich in agriculture this area is, and we can also see how rice is a treasure in Batad.
2. What will you do to improve this place if you are the country's leader or tourism chief?
Answer: If I am elected President or Head of Tourism in the Philippines, and the tourist attraction that needs to be improved is the Batad (Banaue) Rice Terraces, I will increase rice production because rice production in the Philippines is sometimes in short supply, and we will look for an expert who can teach us how to increase rice production.
Bugana beach resort the sugar beach of sipalay just because its awsome views and clear water and many turist spots and peaceful you can enjoy well this resort i picked because i went there lately .
I select the Boracay because i want to go there and have a vacation with my family. It represents the coldness,chillness, beautiful surrounding and beautiful beach, and i will do everything to make it more beautiful and plan on what you have to add on the resort,always clean all surrounding to protect our environment.
Before I continue, I'd like to emphasize my delight in being a Filipino citizen, as both of my parents were born and raised in the Philippines. As a native of this country, I can attest to the fact that any visitor to the Philippines will find something to enjoy. Every town in the country has its own annual festival; it is not just for fun, but it also commemorates a significant historical event that should be remembered. Every festival pays homage to the town's culture and history. The bulk of the festivals are remembered by street dancing, in which residents of that town compete in a competition between groups of dancers performing in a competition with a certain theme. It has a Workplace diversity is about understanding, appreciating, and leveraging people's differences in order to improve communication and teamwork. Because you are a diverse collection of people who need to support one another in order to exhibit your abilities and talents as performers. All they have to do is dance for the audience to understand the significance of that celebratory event. The different festivals that we celebrate represent the diversity of the local residents in particular community. The Department of Tourism in the Philippines must publicize the many festivals that our country has to offer. Not only to make them famous, but also to enjoy the beauty of the local cities as a whole, as well as to highlight the excellent community and local treats available to visitors. Making vlogs or videos about the many festivals in the Philippines and posting them online will pique people's curiosity, and they will want to attend the festival of their choosing. It's one of the most efficient methods of promoting your business.

As the majestic giant Philippine eagle swoops past my shoulder I suddenly found myself in my most favorite place to visit on the face of this planet the island paradise of Boracay in the Philippines.
The people of Boracay are very laid back and friendly. Most waiters will go out of their way to satisfy, making you feel quite welcome and at home. Some locals will be offering you activities to book whilst strolling along the beach. Others will be offering massages, jewellery, seafood and quick snacks. Usually they remember your face and don't ask you more than once that day.
Many people or tourist loves to visit and have a vacation in Boracay Island. Because of clearly beaches and white sand.
As a concerned citizen I recommend that all tourist should avoid using plastic like straw and plastic bag use eco bag instead. Let's us all practice eco friendly environment to sustain or maintain our natural resources.
If I will be a manager in one of the resort in Boracay I will be strict in implementing zero waste management and no plastic allowed. I will teach my team in demonstrating or orient the tourist in maintaining the cleanliness. I will be a good leader and a follower accept some suggestions from them.
Guimaras know as Mango capital of the Philippines,the Guimaras is one of the country's most amazing destination.This place is sorrouded by breaktaking landscape, breaches and one of their mango product sweetest mangoes in the world.Guimaras is a island province of the Philippines located in the western Visayas region.If I were the leader/head tourism in the country I will promote the place of Guimaras through a making website.Every local and regional tourism office has a website.To make it more improve this destination I will formulate programs and project for the development of the local community as tourist attractions.And also develope new project,asist in marketing and promoting of products.
Siargao's place is representing a beautiful white sand beaches and a loving people. I will do everything that I can, to make our country bring back the life to our environment. Plan a program like tree planting and a one day camping for clean up drive.
The reason why Philippines promotes the festival in other country because they want to show to the other country that our culture/festival is beautiful and colorful that we celebrate it every year come. The other reason is cause they want to know the other countries about the culture of our country or the Culture of the Philippines on how its done to influence and share to the other country.
Of all the beautiful places mentioned above, I'll choose Coron Palawan. If we talk about the ways of their leader or organizers of the said tourist spot, I'll be amazed because the leader preserved the historical background of the place and make it into something for the people to enjoy in a form of refreshment because of the blue waves, beautiful well-preserved corals and the historical event during long time ago where there are wrecked ships in the said island. If given a chance to be one of the organizer of this tourist spot or I'll be the leader of this place, I'm going to preserve also and continue the protection of these marine lives and apply good practices and maintain the culture of preserving the historical assets of Coron, Palawan, maintain the preservation of marine life and always instill to my members the importance of taking good care of the surroundings because this is our source of income, our culture, and our life as well.
