As I entered Arima Restaurant at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, I was excited to try their unique Boodle de Pala Pala. This seafood-themed boodle fight promised an unforgettable dining experience, and I couldn’t wait to dive in.

• Kasag: Steamed blue crabs.
• Tahong: Garlic Buttered Local Green Shells.
• Inihaw nga Bangrus: Grilled boneless milk fish.
• Inasal nga Liempo: Grilled marinated pork belly.
• Inasal nga Manok: Bacolod-style barbecued chicken.
• Pork Longganisa: A classic Filipino sausage.
• 3 Kinds of Rice: Plain Rice, Bagoong Rice, and Chicken Rice.
• Side dishes: Ensalada nga talong nga may itlog nga pula (eggplant salad with citrus and salted egg), Kinilaw nga Mangga (green mango salad), Atchara (pickled papaya and vegetables), and sliced watermelon and pineapple.

The Ambiance

The setup was festive and Instagram-worthy, with the banana leaves lining the table and various dishes before us. It was a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes.
