While I was surprised that they did not greet us with the standard Japanese greetings, their professionalism and attentiveness made up for it. The servers promptly led us to our table and provided us with menus, ensuring that we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

Ramen: The highlight of my meal at Ishin was the Tokyo Special Ramen. Priced at 448 pesos, this dish featured a flavorful broth that transported me back to the streets of Tokyo. However, I was slightly disappointed by the thin slices of meat that accompanied the dish. While the broth was rich and satisfying, I found myself longing for thicker, more substantial slices of meat to complement the flavors.
