The model of the house that we will buy for our company staff house is the model of armina single firewall. We choose Armina because of it's wide and nice design of the house. It suit for our staff to stay in that place, the widest property we choose cause we don't know how many staff's to stay in there. The property's in lumina is all nice, also the place of lumina is also access in many like hospitals, school, malls and many more. It nice to live in lumina homes because of there very accommodating place and management. It not just for companies staff it also for all the family that plan to stay and live in iloilo city. I will choose ARMINA SINGLE FIREWALL model to be our company staff house in Iloilo City, this is one of the best option I’ve seen. My two best options are ARMINA DUPLEX and the ARMINA SINGLE FIREWALL but I chose ARMINA SINGLE FIREWALL over ARMINA DUPLEX. They have the same measure and feature of the house like it has a living area, dining & kitchen, one toilet & bath, three bedrooms, a service area, and one carport provision but the advantage of this house model is, it comes with additional features like a free ceiling and tiles on the ground floor. And I also like about this model because it single house no attachment to other house my staff can move freely and have more privacy.

For me I prefer Armina Duplex because of its simplicity, practicality, and for the comfort of my employees because armina duplex is double so we can divide men and women for it is the better way to avoid any uncomfortable to happen, leading to a great work environment.
For me, I will choose the armina duplex for my employees because they have three bedrooms they can use the other rooms for their office, and also armina duplex have a living area, kitchen, toilet, bath and also duplex they have one carport provision it's important to my employees that have a car .
When our company is planning to buy a house in Iloilo City for the employees I could rather choose the Angeli Townhouse because this model of house is such a large area that enough to our employees. It also offered a firewall building that is important.
For me i will choose a safety environment for my employees, a house that complete room, have a kitchen, bed room, comfort room, meeting room, or office room . And also have a small garden, i know sometimes if we are tired flowers can help to us. To release the stress.
