For 3 years now, “the happy trip” has been a part of Ayala Land’s development by bringing updates of their recent projects here in Negros. Last night, Ayala Land gathered us once more at Mushu Bar and Restaurant.

Those were invited were friends from the Media and HappyTrip/SSC Bacolod was one of them. We had a sumptuous dinner, some beer drinking and chatted with friend in Ayala and Media with a band playing saxophone and singing lounge music.

It was a very happy night, we enjoyed everything that happened and everyone got excited when Miss Therese Borromeo gave her speech and shared to us the information of who will occupy spaces at The District Mall in Ayala North Point. 60% is already leased out to local and international brands. Here are the list of stores Ms. Borromeo mentioned: Felicia’s, Bobs Resto, Cafe Bobs, Yellow Cab, Sumosam, Seafood Island, Starbucks, Breadtalk, Calea, Pietro Cafe, Globe, BPI, Payless, samsonite, Makeroom, The Beauty Bar, National Bookstiore, Restoerun, Northface, Columbia, Bratpack, G by Guess, People are People, Lucerne, BenchFix, Salon de Rose, Dataholics, CDR king, Watsons, Mossimo, What a girl Wants, Baranded for less, Factory outlet, Sun, LBC and Vans…etc etc. Metro Gaisano will be the anchor store for the department store and supermarket. The district will open on February 2013, that’s roughly two and a half months of waiting. It was a night full of fun. Everyone enjoyed the food and the music.

It was yet again another event to remember from Ayala Land. Of course, we never went home empty handed. A Christmas basket and a beautiful Ayala Land Planner were given to us as tokens. Thank you so much Ayala Land for this wonderful moment you shared with us.
