Real-time allocation for the first 100 shares

One of the notable features available to GStocks PH users is real-time allocation for the first 100 shares.

Orders placed on October 6 and 7 can have the first 100 shares allocated in real time, subject to availability. Investors who want to purchase more than 100 shares can also place additional orders, although these will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis while shares remain available. Fulfillment of orders beyond the real-time allocation begins October 8. [PRESS RELEASE] Mynt offers rea…

Investors can also monitor their orders through the GStocks PH dashboard, where orders are reflected as fulfilled, pending, or unfulfilled. [PRESS RELEASE] Mynt offers rea…

A major IPO with strong institutional interest

The Mynt offering comes with significant institutional participation.

According to the company, the IPO has attracted commitments from more than 20 global and local institutions, including certain funds and separately managed accounts managed by investment management subsidiaries of BlackRock Inc., as well as IFC, a member of the World Bank Group focused on the private sector, BPI Asset Management and Trust Corporation, and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company – Trust Banking Group.

These institutional investors account for 70% of the allocation, with additional commitments to purchase remaining unsold shares after the offer period. [PRESS RELEASE] Mynt offers rea…

The base offering involves the sale of more than 8 billion shares, giving the IPO an approximate value of ₱53 billion at the final offer price. If the overallotment option of up to 1,204,111,400 secondary common shares is fully exercised, the offering could raise as much as approximately ₱60.9 billion—which would make it the largest IPO in Philippine history, according to the company. Bringing a major IPO closer to retail investors

While institutional investors account for a substantial portion of the offering, GStocks PH is positioning the IPO as an opportunity for ordinary Filipino investors to participate alongside major financial institutions.

The platform provides retail investors with access to an initial allocation of 100 shares and the option to subscribe to additional shares through GCash.
