yes, there are buses for Kabankalan and you can also take the Sipalay bound ceres bus and drop at Kabankalan City 🙂
Since there’s only one bus route to Sipalay, can we take the Hinoba-an buses to Sipalay instead? How much is the fare?
yes, almost all buses are passing through Sipalay. but always ask the driver if the bus you are taking will bring you to your destination 🙂
