Hello, Happy Trippers; join us as we embark on a delightful dining experience at Rau Ram Cafe, a haven of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and Asian fusion menus. It all started when Lei Lani Dusaban visited my home, bearing gifts for my niece and nephew. As fate would have it, another friend, Engiemar Tupas, expressed his eagerness to join us for a memorable dinner. With a unanimous decision to savor Vietnamese flavors, we set our sights on Rau Ram Cafe.

Nestled within Brgy. Bata Subdivision, Rau Ram Cafe, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. While parking can be challenging due to its popularity, the bustling crowd speaks volumes about the restaurant’s exceptional reputation.

Exploring Authentic Vietnamese Delights at Rau Ram Cafe:

Our culinary journey began with a steaming bowl of Pho Bo, a classic Vietnamese beef noodle soup. The robust flavors of the savory broth and tender slices of beef instantly transported us to the bustling streets of Vietnam. The symphony of fresh herbs and aromatic spices truly elevated the dining experience.

Refreshing Salads and Sip-worthy Beverages at Rau Ram Cafe:

We indulged in a refreshing Pomelo salad that delighted our taste buds with its zesty and tangy notes to complement our meal. Our thirst was quenched by the tropical bliss of Pineapple Lychee drinks, a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors that refreshed our palates.

Unforgettable Main Course at Rau Ram Cafe:

One of Rau Ram Cafe’s highlights is their famous marinated chicken, delicately coated with tamarind and honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The tangy, sweet, and nutty flavors danced harmoniously on our tongues, leaving us longing for more. Accompanied by fragrant Vietnamese rice, every bite was a culinary masterpiece.

With the last week of October marked on our calendars, the Happy Trippers squad, along with our comrades CG Hisona and Archimedes Valderama, eagerly prepared ourselves for an unforgettable journey across Vietnam. Our itinerary promised a blend of bustling city life, historical landmarks, serene natural beauty, and this captivating country’s rich cultural heritage.

As we indulged in the delicious dishes at Rau Ram Cafe, we couldn’t help but imagine the vibrant streets of Hanoi, the bustling energy of Ho Chi Minh City, and the captivating landscapes of Danang and the surrounding provinces. Each bite seemed to transport us closer to the vibrant tapestry of flavors, sights, and sounds awaited us in Vietnam.

With the company of our beloved Happy Trippers comrades, we knew that this trip would be a celebration of friendship, exploration, and the shared joy of discovering new horizons. From savoring the diverse culinary delights to immersing ourselves in Vietnam’s rich history and culture, we were ready to embrace every moment and create memories that would last a lifetime.
