Who doesn’t like to eat? Just like anyone else I love eating. After a long day of physical and mentally draining activity, I typically reward myself with a good meal.
And just some people out there I also crave for sweet, and sugary food after my meals. I don’t know, but humans seemed hardwired to crave for sweet foods. In fact, research suggests that sugar can act on the brain in the same way as addictive substances like tobacco! Unfortunately, the sugar we love is also the culprit in a broad range of diseases, from cavities and diabetes to fatigue and obesity. Reducing sugar’s role in your life can only benefit you and your loved ones.
While I don’t promise to stop eating, I guess that there are ways we can reduce our sugar intake. And I am happy upon discovering the “NO SUGAR ADDED” products by Quan Delicacies. These “No Sugar Added” Goodies by Quan gave me a bit of a license to indulge a bit with less guilt. With these products, I will be able to have my midnight snack with fewer worries. What probably make the “No Sugar Added” Products by Quan, these are the same products that we typically buy for our merienda or as a pair for our coffee. And the taste? Simply fantastic. I guess Quan had perfected the art of baking after so many years of existence in the food business.
I love all the “No Sugar Added” products, but I have my extra favorites of course such as the galletas, rosquillos, and botones. For my coffee, I guess the perfect pairs are the wheat cinnamon and rosquettes.
Don’t take my word for it, it would be best that you should discover and try for yourself these great goodies from Quan. These products are also ideal as pasalubong should you visit your “oldies”.

I haven’t seen this products yet, but it looks interesting.
I just want to know if this products are available at General Santos City. I Google it but nothing is found.
I am reeally fond of these Ilonggo delicacies including the piaya, barquillos, lumpia and empanada. Well, I’m planning to have my vacation on September, and I’ll visit this at Lopues Araneta or North Drive.
I like goodies and delicacies like this since it’s not too sweet and has a regional flavor.
Barquillos are our favorite treat! With the label “no sugar added,” it’s interesting to know if they added any alternative for sugar or none at all.

Jojo, thanks for sharing this.. i have a diabetes actually and this is definitely the ideal kind of snacks for me… i never thought there would be a sugar free version of broas… maybe they use muscovado sugar for these products… unfortunately it’s too far from us.. hopefully they could have branches sa mga malls
