When it comes to enjoying the delightful flavors of fish at Gina’s Seafood, there’s one dish that stands out for me: sinigang. The tangy and savory soup, combined with the fresh fish, creates a symphony of flavors that simply satisfies my taste buds. However, my friend CG has a different preference. He always leans towards a less sour dish. The menu offers a variety of options, and we often find ourselves ordering their delectable tinkle or singing soup for a comforting start to our meal. Their adobo purist dish never fails to satisfy our taste buds, showcasing their culinary prowess. Additionally, their grilled seafood and sizzling fish dishes are simply divine.

You would be lucky to indulge in the exquisite delight of fish roe when dining at Gina’s Seafood Restaurant. And indeed, luck was on our side during my recent visit with Femmylee. We had the pleasure of savoring the crispy fried fish roe, and it was truly a divine culinary experience.

One of the standout aspects of this place is the quality of their cooking. The flavors are consistently on point, and the dishes are served promptly. While their staff may not possess the same level of professionalism as those from hospitality courses, we have found them to be efficient and generally friendly. It’s worth mentioning that not all of the staff members are always wearing a smile, but this minor detail doesn’t overshadow the overall dining experience.

During our multiple visits, we have always been impressed with the quality of their seafood.
