Yes, on its Year 3, I made it again for Thailand Blogger Relations Campaign. I first won its inaugural campaign in 2016 which made me experience the northern part of Thailand: Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
Being one of the six winners of this year, I was made to visit another 3 beautiful provinces of Thailand which probably many hasn’t visited yet: Rayong, Chantaburi, and Trat.
I will be posting a series of articles on my trip to Thailand for 2018 as I experienced the Amazing Colors of the East. Meanwhile, let me share with you the entire itinerary of the trip plus my early tour around Bangkok before I depart back to the Philippines.

Day 1. Amazing Thailand: Bangkok
Arrival In Bangkok
We were housed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. Our accommodation was really amazing you should try this place when visiting Bangkok.

Yours truly with the snake fruit at Suphattra land. The place is one of the biggest and popular orchards in Rayong. We had the chance to explore a local fruit plantation via a tram with a tour guide. Day 2. Amazing Thailand: Bangkok – Rayong – Chanthaburi

11.30 am Lunch at J-Tai Pu Pen Restaurant at Baan Pae Beach, Rayong. I love seafood so I really enjoyed our meal which includes shellfish, steamed blue crabs, curry crab wrapped in banana leaf and some veggies.

We had a delicious Thai traditional lunch at Ban Namprik Kaosauy in Chanthaburi. I personally love the food presentation and all of their serving staff were wearing traditional Thai costumes.
Founded in 1982, the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Center the place is responsible for studying and researching the natural ecosystem in order to find proper ways to develop the coastal area in Chanthaburi Province. Chantaboon Riverside Community used to be Yaowarat or Chinatown of Chanthaburi, the center of trade and businesses. While traversing the narrow street you will see old structures in bricks and wood with so much French influence in its architectural designs. A visit to Uncle Tom’s Oyster Farm / or Pa Louise Lung Thom oyster farm. Uncle Tom is 69 years old, he and his wife (Auntie Louise) started the oyster farm 30 years ago, he also won the award for the biggest oyster. Chanthaburi’s Gem and Jewelry Center. The place is regarded as the biggest gems trade and production center in Thailand and Southeast Asia. The center is composed of a gem museum, a multimedia room, gem exhibition hall, gem cutting and inlay demonstration room and a showroom where I got a blue sapphire ring as a souvenir for my trip.
Exploring the mangrove forest of Baan Tha Ranae. We experienced mud clam breeding and enjoy mangrove bowling. Baan Tha Ranae is an award-winning community for mangrove preservation. Using only the local natural and cultural resources, the community is well developed to be a model of sustainable community and the community of a sufficient economy.
The boat tour is 250 Baht per person which also includes the sampling of local food products. They also have homestay here which is 250 Baht per person. Experiencing food preparation at Baan Huai Raeng, an ecotourism group. Huai Raeng Eco-tourism Group welcomes guests and offers a set of activities that the villagers and tourists can do together and enjoy. The community also has local research in the eco-tourism management project in order to recover natural resources and make the environment sustainably by villagers in the community and involved with organizations.
Our visit to Ban Huai Raeng Community allowed us to experience the following: Boat tour for nipa palm on the Khlong Kud canal; Learn how to cook a local delicacy “Khanom Kuai Ta Aui such as or Grandpa Aui’s penis dessert and Nipa palm dessert; Betel Leaf Wrapped Rice.

A portion of Wat Buppharam in Trat, the oldest wooden hall since the mid-17th century, and the murals created in the early Rattanakosin. Inside is also a great museum in the temple displaying many ancient relics, Buddha images in different postures, and Chinese and European porcelain. The temple was built in 1652 (366 years old)

The amazing Pak Khlong Talat a huge flower market in Bangkok, Thailand that sells numerous kinds of flowers. The place has been cited as a “place of symbolic values” to the people of Bangkok. A must-visit destination for first-timers in Bangkok, the Grand Palace is situated at the center of Bangkok. It used to be the former residence of King Rama I until the reign of King Rama V of the Rattanakosin Kingdom. Now, the place is utilized for hosting royal ceremonies and for hosting important guests of Thailand.
