If i imagine our self as a teacher of the class and I would want to bring our 13 students for a field trip in lakawon island resort in Cadiz City Negros Occidental. Considering the distance of 54.1 km far from Talisay City Negros Occidental. The common behavioral problems that we may encounter in this activity are selfish, immatured thinking and lack of descipline. How to deal with it? Selfish is one of the behavior that I hate because you have to be nice to others. If you do good to others you gain respect.
Second is the immature thinking, at this age the college level we have to avoid this kind of behaviour , for me immature thinking are those who think negative to other people. Be matured in all things especially in outdoor activities . Last the lack of discipline, We are at the age where we should know how to discipline ourselves because it is based on what kind of person we are and how our parents raised us. Always think that the life without discipline have a very messy personality.
I expected that i encounter so many behavioral problems in the students, i think being disobedient, mischievous, and being annoying. If i put myself as a teacher of the class i will create an easy simple rules to understand and follow so that the students may think that they need to control themselves and to build a self-discipline to avoid accident in the destination place which is the famous and well-known Carbin Reef in Sagay City. I will tell them to make a group so that it is easy for me to call everyone if we have a group activities.

I would choose a more memorable place where it’s new to everyone’s eyes and this is the Mabinay Caves. Almost all of us have been to seas and mountains but a cave is new to everyone because not everyone goes here. It’s really difficult at first especially if you are a non caver because you have no experience in what to do here. It’s good here in the cave because you can’t be separated, you must go for a walk together because of your cave tour guide. We can say that the cave has no electricity, so you can expect it to be dark, quiet and cold. The only good thing about caving is that everyone is focused on the scenery and you can cherish all your memories here.

If we are going on a field trip I will bring my students to Malapascua Island in Cebu because I think that the students will love and enjoy it as Malapascua island was once very acknowledged for being warm and peaceful tropical island, a very stunning ambiance and for being one of the few places on earth where you can see the extraordinary uncommon and lovely “thresher shark”. I watch a lot of Vlogs about this island and it’s very fascinating and I’m curious how it really looks like in actual and it is very popular especially to the tourists, this is why I got enticed to have our field trip there. Taking into consideration of the distance and the number of students that will join, there might be a possibility that we will encounter some behavioral problems even though the place is beautiful the students may encounter, travel anxiety and feel anxious while travelling and going to an unfamiliar place, some may experience Losing of belongings because of too much excitement and some may also feel separation anxiety by being in a distant place from their parents. The enticing beauty of the sea might capture the eyes of some of the students but some of them might develop a phobia, as a person like me who have a thalassophobia I am afraid of the vastness or emptiness of the ocean, the sea creatures underlying in deep bodies of ocean. Considering the possibilities of having these behavioral problems that may occur during the trip, it is important to orient the students of the do’s and don’t before and during the trip. It is also important to be ready in any emergency situations.

I want to go on a field trip to Anda(Bohol) with my students because I am curious about its newly discovered beauty, so we want to be there before it becomes touristy. We may not know that someday this tourist spot will become popular and many changes will occur. As long as it is not visited much by tourists, we should take the opportunity to go there to appreciate its own and natural beauty. This is also the way this tourist spot will become popular by sharing our experiences and encouraging other people to go to Anda(Bohol). Considering that it may be miles away from our place with a huge number of students who will join, we may encounter behavioral problems along the way. The beauty of the place may be distracting and too pleasing so I’m expecting that some students may wander or get curious to the point that their attention may shift and they will lose focus on the trip because of having too much excitement, they may also be too energetic and hyper and become less cautious during the trip. Some may also lost interest along the way because of boredom during the trip. Having these possible behavioral problems during the trip, it is very important to assess the students and orient them before the trip to prioritize safety first before enjoyment. It is important to check everybody from time to time and guide them well on what is the right thing to do and become more approachable and attentive to their concerns.

Destination: Boracay, Aklan

This route includes a ferry.
Number of Students that l bring: For me, as a teacher, I will contact first the parents of my students for their consent to travel. So it depends on how many parents will approve this travel. But I want all of my students to travel and learn in this school trip. I want my 20 students beloved students.
3 Behavioral Problems:
1. Lateness or Tardiness
– Being late in school is the number 1 behavioral problems for me as a teacher that my students always have. They are always late, but I didn’t expect my college students to be late in our school trip. 8 out of my 20 students are late, so in order to deal with this problem, I talk to them and ask why they are late even in our school trip. Some answered because of the traffic from their home to school because our meeting place is in our school. So I gave them advice as a teacher to sleep early so that they can leave early in the morning and they will have a lot of time to bring their things and travel without traffic. And the nodded while saying sorry for being late.
2. Inappropriate using of gadgets while traveling.
– As we travel to Boracay. I noticed that most of my students are using a lot of gadgets. They are not interacting with each other anymore. So I clapped my hands to gain their attention and say “Ok class stop using your gadgets. The main goal of this school trip is to interact more in your classmates and enjoy the view while traveling. Enjoy the fresh air that nature gives you”. And they all stopped using their gadgets while having smile on their faces. That makes me proud as a teacher and as a nature lover.
3. Littering
– In the end of our school trip, I saw the garbage that my students are throwing. And they are not throwing, they are littering. So in order to deal with this, I pick the cleaning tools and gave them one by one. As I clean the area, I told my students that they need to clean not only while traveling but also in school and in their homes. It is very important to be clean be a nature lover. Travel without littering is showing respect for the environment. I told them that being clean is beautiful.

Sipalay City ( Negros Occidental)
Behavioral problems that may encounter;
1. Geography of the place
2. Lack of companion
3. Compatibility with each other
Solution;
1. Give them a note or a memo about the given place and its geographical features for them to know if they have a problem with it or not. Prioritize them to sit at the front or near the window.
2. Group them up for less disturbance and pertubation.
3. When grouping them make sure they are the one who will pick their groupmates for them to be comfortable.
