I would say that Almadria Highland Resort’s Value proposition would be its LOCATION–for various reasons. Number one being the location has a scenic view of pine trees and mountains, perfect for when you need a change of view and to unwind. Additionally, would be the distance from Bacolod City. Unlike other highland resorts like those in Don Salvador, Almadria is only 25km away from the city– Just roughly around 40mins to go there. Lastly, the fact that it is located on a high-altitude place, the temperature there is also higher than the usual temperature in the city. This means that especially at night it is even colder which makes it perfect for BONFIREEE! Just imagine a perfect night with your friends sitting around the bonfire and just living in the moment and catching up.
2. I would say the biggest challenge would be the transportation going to the Resort. Because if you are a foreigner visiting the Island ofcourse you wouldn’t have access to your own car and just do roadtrips as much as you want. Unless you have your own private tour of the island, You would have to commute and learn your way to the resort. Unlike Campuestohan, they have their own private service to bring you to the resort. But with Almadria it’s a bit challenging but doable. It would be easy to advertise the resort but bringing in customers would be challenging.

This highland Resort pride themselves on offering cozy accommodations, warm hospitality and creating new experiences for the tourist.
2. One of the biggest challenge is the accessibility where this can affect the transportation option for the guest because of this, it will affect the Resort’s ability to attract more customers. They need to enhance more and provide other activities for the tourist so that it will be so worth it to come to their Resort. They might invest in a Service Vehicle for the transportation of their tourist when visiting to their resort.

1. I was blown away by the views when I first arrived, but their pool, where the water comes straight from the mountains, really got my attention. In my opinion, it’s quite cold outside. In order to advertise the location, I would recommend the pool side, which has a wonderful backdrop and is even more stunning up close. The only thing that sets this firm apart from the others is its beautiful garden space, which makes the most of its available space. It wouldn’t be the same pool without the garden scape. It’s incredible and worthy of Instagram because of the pool and surroundings. One of the reasons why some tourist comes to Philippines to experience the nature and ALMADRIA provides it all. There’s also some monkey’s in the cage and a big mary statue at the side of the pool

Moreover, the place do not have any fences that allows us to appreciate the place and the panoramic views even more, also, creating a sense of connection the green landscape. Lastly, the staff of the hotels warm, friendly, and hospitable to which is an advantage and necessary for a resort.

For me, one of the biggest challenge that that they might face in promoting or selling this resort is the establishing of effective marketing channels and strategies.
